Mr. Melusi from Zimbabwe contacted me directly on WhatsApp and said he wanted to buy a used locomotive, so I sent him some photos of the used locomotive and made a quote. Mr. Melusi was satisfied with the price of the locomotive and then asked if we could add an extra tank to the truck because he was engaged in cross-border transportation and needed a large capacity tank. I told him that we could add an additional fuel tank to the tractor according to the customer's requirements, and the size of the fuel tank was optional, so Mr. Melusi asked us to add an additional 600L fuel tank to his tractor, and we made a new quotation. Next, Mr. Melusi and we decided whether our tractor could cooperate with interlink trailer. After receiving a positive reply, Mr. Melusi was very satisfied. At the same time, I told him that our trailer factory could also provide interlink trailer for him. I also introduced our interlink trailer exported to Africa and gave him a quotation.

The next week, Mr. Melusi contacted me and asked if I could break the tractor into pieces and put them in a container at Beira port. I asked him why he wanted to do this, and Mr. Melusi said that his friend had imported used trucks from China this way before, which would have been cheaper. We can according to the requirements of Mr Melusi to do, but after a detailed calculation, we found that although in such a mode of transportation will be cheaper than using a framework ark shipping a few hundred dollars, but considering the truck from the port of beira to Zimbabwe's expenses and reassemble the cost of the truck, so the total cost will more high. So I explained to Mr. Melusi why, and Mr. Melusi said he would seriously consider two different options, and finally Mr. Melusi chose to use a frame cabinet to transport his two tractors, and then he would drive the truck directly from Beira port back to Zimbabwe.

Later, Mr. Melusi confirmed with me the miles and age of the tractors, and we promised to choose as new a truck as possible for him. After receiving our assurance, Mr. Melusi provided us with relevant information as the buyer and began to request PI.

Next, Mr. Melusi confirmed with us the spare tire, the color and front of the truck and the payment method, delivery time and other issues. After receiving our detailed reply, Mr. Melusi expressed satisfaction and said he would pay the deposit as soon as possible. As payment from Zimbabwe is a difficult matter, we understand that it will take some time. Three days later on Friday, Mr. Melusi said that he had remitted a deposit of $20K from the bank through his friend, and on Tuesday of the following week, our company confirmed the remittance through the bank, so we began to process the orders. In the meantime, Mr. Melusi says he wants us to make stickers to put on his truck, which he offers for free.

Next we picked out Mr. Melusi's used HOWO tractor truck, which was in good condition, and started refurbishing it. We repainted and decorated the truck to make it look more like the new truck. In addition, the tires on the truck were replaced with tires in good condition, and the truck's electrical and road systems were repaired to ensure the good quality of the truck. Finally, at Mr. Melusi's request, we fitted his tractor truck with additional fuel tanks to meet his cross-border transport needs. During that time, we sent Mr. Melusi pictures and videos of his truck every day, told him what he was doing, and let him know everything about his truck.

Now, all the work on the truck is done, as long as Mr. Melusi pays the balance, we will send the truck to Beira port as soon as possible and deliver it to him!
